With instruction of this Mixed Martial Arts combat sport, you’ll learn how to throw punches and kicks, as well as elbow and knee strikes. Indoor Cycling will work up a sweat as spin instructors pair with high-energy music for ultimate cardio. Kid’s classes let the little ones get their energy out, training to learn the correct technique while gaining responsibility, endurance and stamina.
