If you’re seeking refreshment and renewed skin, the exfoliations at the spa provide a specialized series of shower, scrub, moisturize, and massage. Exfoliation of the skin lends itself to a rejuvenated glow, and the five different exfoliations provide a range in soothing styles. The Grape Seed Scrub, Mango Ginger Sugar Polish, Milk & Honey Sugar Scrub, Tahitian Body Scrub and Lime & Salt Body Refresher each engage in varying therapies and aromas, though the processes all lead to a thorough exfoliation of the body. Guests begin by laying face-down on the hand-crafted wooden table, with the Vichy shower pouring down over their back. The five showerheads cascade water gently down, and the treatment begins with an encompassing body scrub. The second half of the procedure takes guests into a dryer room, where moisturizing lotion is applied with relaxing massaging techniques.

In lieu of the commonplace packages offered at other spas, Catamaran instead welcomes guests to indulge in all-inclusive treatments through their exotic rituals. In the thoughtfully designed ritual rooms, guests spend a full two hours and 20 minutes moving interchangeably between various stations- the massage table, therapeutic shower, and Jacuzzi bath to release into ultimate relaxation. Four drastically diverse rituals are available- the Ancient Oceans Ritual, which draws upon marine inspirations; the Egyptian Golden Ritual, the chosen treatment for brides-to-be, immerses the body in golden mineral dust and Egyptian chamomile, a gentle exploration, and an invigorating Swiss shower. Following a massage, the guest transitions into a sparkling bath and gold-flecked body oil is massaged into the skin, while a final luminous golden powder is lightly feather-dusted onto the glowing skin. The Inara Ritual is an all-organic experience drawing ingredients from the Southeast Amazon that wraps guests in a body mask infused with babassu body crème; and the Tropical Catamaran Ritual provides a head-to-toe exfoliating scrub that leads to a coconut milk bath, an antioxidant body wrap, a rinse in the 13-head Swiss shower, and finishes with a full body massage.
