This San Diego dating theory is simple. However, the execution is harder than you may think. In order to be a successful dater, you must be willing to put yourself out there. Finding a person to date is one hurdle. Finding the right person to date is, well, this is where the theory comes in to play.
The 50/50 Rule divides successful dating into half preparation and half fate. The main point is to emphasize the importance of preparation for the date event itself. Regardless of whether there is chemistry with the other person, if you are prepared for the date, failure is not an option. By preparing mentally and logistically for a date, you are essentially safeguarding yourself.
Then comes the 50 percent issue of fate. Not every date is going to be soul stirring, life shattering, or heart breaking. Some dates will be fun, some will be funny, some will be amazing. The process of dating is hard and no matter how prepared you are, a date is never guaranteed to be perfect. However, by being prepared you are, in essence, taking control of the 50 percent that you can control and being the most proactive dater you can be.
