While history may not excite you as much as your expectant teachers hoped, the Taste of San Diego Micro Brews event at the San Diego History Center should peak your interest. This event is happening on June 4th from 6 to 10pm and will take you through the colorful history of San Diego craft brewing.
And, most importantly, there will be beer tastings galore! This will be your chance to sample many different award-winning beers from San Diego breweries, all complemented by delicious food pairings. Beers to be tasted include the best from Stone Brewing, Karl Strauss, Ballast Point, Rock Bottom, Alesmith Brewing, Lost Abbey, and Port Brewing.
All guests will have the opportunity to bid on unique items during a live auction and even enter their own design in a logo design contest. In addition, those attending will get the rare opportunity to taste a collaborative/commemorative brew designed especially for this historical occasion.
