Did you miss out on the 2012 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival? Did you spend the spring months crying on your couch, watching YouTube videos of TuPac’s hologram resurrection on repeat? We feel your pain, and we’re here to help. Now is the time to make a vow to never, ever miss out on the epic music fest again.
Good news, party people: For the second year, 2013 Coachella will again be held over two consecutive weekends, April 12-14 and 19-21. And it’s never too early to start planning your desert adventure.
The 2013 Coachella advance ticket sale begins this Thursday, May 17 at 10am PDT. When it comes to Coachella, the early bird definitely gets the worm, and then some. According to the festival website, the advance sale is the only time you can take advantage of the Coachella Purchase Plan. The advance sale is one week long, and will run through Thursday, May 24 at 10pm PDT.
General admission tickets will be priced at $349, allowing entrance into the venue, parking lots and camping areas. You can upgrade to $399 for the general admission tickets and shuttle pass combo. There are also a limited number of VIP tickets for purchase, priced at $799.
Here’s how it works: With the payment plan, a 20% minimum down payment is required for purchase, and seven additional monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your account in the beginning of each month through January. You will also have the option to pay in full. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges, and the tickets will be shipped in March.
