'A Few Good Men' Bachelor Auction

Calling all my single ladies! If you weren’t able to find a date for Valentine’s Day yet still yearn for a fun and wild experience, why not pick out your favorite local bachelor and place a bid on him? That’s right, local lookers (including a San Diego Chargers stud) will be auctioned off during the first annual ‘A Few Good Men’ Bachelor Auction taking place at Pacific Beach Shore Club on Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Come early and enjoy happy hour at 5pm, as the official bachelor mingle starts at 6pm – your chance to get up close and personal with the boys. The auction will start at 7pm and will feature local military heroes up for bid, along with one very special bonus bachelor: Ryan Mathews of the San Diego Chargers. Once you’ve secured your desired bachelor with the highest possible bid, your dream date awaits, as local restaurants, venues and pubs have donated all-inclusive date packages.

Better yet, 100% of all funds raised at this event will be donated towards medical research that aids veterans, addressing topics such as post-traumatic stress disorder, Gulf War syndrome and traumatic brain injury. In addition, further medical research will help others who deal with diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. This event is made possible by Veteran Research Corps, an organization dedicated to bettering the lives of active military, veterans and military families through medical research.
