If you’re single in San Diego, Stingaree is the place to be this Valentine’s Day season. Join Partying for a Purpose and DiscoverSD.com for “Don’t Gamble on Love” – an anti-Valentine’s Day casino party for a great cause on Thursday, February 12, 2009.
From proud-to-be bachelors to sassy professional women and heart-broken locals looking for a fresh start, a great group of San Diego singles will celebrate independence, and maybe even meet a new date, in support of the It’s All About the Kids foundation. Hitched and benevolent? No problem. Play some games and give back to the children on Thursday and reserve Saturday for pampering your special someone.
“Don’t Gamble on Love” is a Valentine’s Day inspired casino party, following the same crowd-pleasing guidelines as Casino Royale – an outrageous party that took over Stingaree last November benefitting It’s All About the Kids. We gambled, won auction items, and met an amazing group of giving locals. Check out the party photos here.
On Thursday, February 12, don’t gamble on love … play blackjack, craps and roulette while supporting the It’s All About the Kids foundation – all part of the Partying for a Purpose vision. Entry into the event is a $20 donation with which you receive $20 worth of gambling chips, auction and raffle tickets, and hosted EFFEN Vodka cocktails from 8-9pm. As San Diegans battle it out between blackjack and roulette, DJ Scott Roberts and DJ Brent Bartell will spin your favorite songs and Stingaree’s go-go dancers will entertain in signature sultry style. Need a break from gambling? Take a tour around the silent auction table with your new-found date and bid on a Valentine’s Day gift to seal the deal.
DiscoverSD.com is a proud sponsor of “Don’t Gamble on Love” – the anti-Valentine’s Day casino party at Stingaree.
