Krysten Ritter

Krysten Ritter is no new face in Hollywood, but we predict this quirky “B” will evolve into a leading lady in 2013. Our biggest hint? Ritter is rumored to be the casting favorite for Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey, based on the bestselling book by E.L. James. Ritter’s resume spans TV and blockbuster hits, from “Breaking Bad” and “Gossip Girl,” to Confessions of a Shopaholic and 27 Dresses. But her true breakout role is Chloe, the twisted roommate who we love to hate on ABC’s “Don’t Trust the B--- in Apartment 23.” While Chloe would flip the whip on Christian Grey, we think Ritter is a perfect choice for Miss Steele.

Fun fact: More rumored actresses up for the role of Anastasia Steel: Rooney Mara, Kristen Stewart, Emily Rossum, Mila Kunis. And actors up for Christian Grey? Ian Somerhalder, Chace Crawford, Ryan Phillippe.

Rebel Wilson

This Australian comedian stole the show in 2012’s big screen flicks Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect. And don’t forget her memorable moments in Bachelorette. Wilson’s blunt, self-deprecating sense of humor keeps us wondering what she’ll say next. And from what we’ve heard, she’s scheduled to say a whole lot in 2013. Wilson will host the MTV Movie Awards on April 14, following in the footsteps of “Saturday Night Live” funny man Jason Sudeikis. Wilson also stars in the crime drama Pain & Gain with Marc Wahlberg, slated for an April release. And keep an eye out for the upcoming indie film Struck By Lightning.

Fun fact: At the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, Wilson rocked a revealing pink 'bikini'on stage with The Wanted.

Dave Franco

It takes a big splash to break out of a successful older sibling’s shadow. Dave Franco, the 27-year-old younger brother of Spider-Man actor James Franco, is on the verge of his solitary stardom. While James typically plays the pushover, nerdy character, Dave lands the roles of popular bullies, troubled punks. In 2012, Dave caught our attention as the drug-dealing hipster in 21 Jump Street. But his resume also boasts TV stunts on “Scrubs,” “Greek,” and even “7th Heaven.” Coming up in 2013, Dave will appear in the zombie flick Warm Bodies and FBI thriller Now You See Me with Morgan Freeman and Isla Fisher.
