Green Flash Brewery Opens Tasting Room

There’s no question about it: San Diegans love their quality beer. In fact, we’re a little spoiled when it comes to the best of craft brews and local ingredients since San Diego holds a title as one of the largest homes to locally made beers.

What's New: Green Flash Brewing Company has a new tasting room in Mira Mesa, and you’re invited to welcome in yet another location designed to serving the finest and purest ingredients to San Diego beer elitists. All are encouraged to attend the Grand Opening Party on Saturday, July 23rd from 12to 4pm.

You’ll get a first-hand glimpse of what Green Flash has to offer in terms of exclusive beers and some specialty tasters. It’s no secret that great breweries are a rare thing, and Green Flash Brewing Company prides itself on using all the best, natural components while brewing beers in small batches for the freshest and purest tastes.

Founded in 2002, Mike and Lisa Hinkley took their passion for craft beer to the next level by creating a place with hybrid, benchmark beers, with the help of renowned brewmaster Chuck Silva. Their distinctive brews such as the West Coast I.P.A. wins this acclaimed brewery awards left and right. Many Green Flash brews are on draft and bottled and can be spotted throughout the United States in bars, restaurants, and retail outlets.

This plentiful new tasting room located in Mira Mesa spans 4,000 square feet, with 30 state of the art taps that boast draughts from rare and special released products. Need some California sun in addition to your belly full of beer? In addition to the tasting room, a Beer Garden is maintained for maximum relaxing purposes.

The tasting room will serve samples, as well as pints and growlers, offering a full array of available beer styles, some of which are only available at the tasting room. Customers will also be able to purchase kegs and cases to go, as well as authentic Green Flash merchandise, including t-shirts, glassware and other gift items. Dying to see more?
