Dinner on the Diamond is a unique opportunity to interact with local MLB leaders on their home field. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and silent auction at 6 p.m., followed by a multi-course dinner and program presentation at 7:15 p.m. Then it’s time to celebrate with dessert and dancing, complete with live music by The Wayne Foster Orchestra. San Diego Food Bank Presents: Fashion Plates

Fashion and food collide during this unique benefit presented by The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank. Fashion Plates will whisk you away for “an afternoon in Tuscany,” including an inspired gourmet lunch, fashion show, and live and silent auctions. Proceeds will benefit The Food 4 Kids Backpack Program, which provides nutritious food to local students who suffer from hunger over the weekend.

Nordstrom Designer Preview

The Nordstrom Designer Preview is back, showcasing the top American and European designer collections for spring. Enjoy an exclusive runway fashion show with haute looks from Lanvin, Missoni, Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Stella McCartney and more, as you taste cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and partake in intimate boutique shopping in a waterfront setting. Culture & Cocktails: Echoes of the Past at San Diego Museum of Art

Echoes of the Past explores the Buddhist cave temples of Xiangtangshan through 6th century Chinese Buddhist sculpture intermixed with 21st century 3D-imaging technology. Tower After Hours: Ireland at San Diego Museum of Man

The San Diego Museum of Man presents the first Tower After Hours social event of the year, with the festive focus on Ireland. The event will feature traditional Irish food and drink, music, dance, and story-telling performed by top talent in the San Diego Irish community. Tower After Hours is an all-ages event.

Dress up and join the who’s who of San Diego for the ultimate 84th Annual Academy Awards viewing party. Proceeds will benefit the Community Council’s Kids to Camp Program.
