Think all the action-packed summer entertainment only pops off along the coast or in the Gaslamp Quarter? My friends, you are incorrect. Come mid-September all eyes will be on Eastlake for the second annual South County Music and Arts Festival.
On Saturday, September 18th, the South County Music and Arts Festival will transform the Eastlake Design District into a high-energy block party featuring live bands and dance performances, pop-up boutique shopping stations and art galleries, food and drink tents courtesy of the area’s best restaurants, and even a Kids Zone complete with inflatable slides, face painting and more.
Across two stages, the music and arts festival will spotlight three main acts alongside a variety of smaller performances throughout the day. Headliners include Quino from Big Mountain as well as local reggae sensations Stranger (pictured) and Roots Covenant.
The South County Music and Arts Festival is sponsored by Eastlake Tavern & Bowl, Del Mar Fairgrounds, Eastlake Brew House and more. Tickets are $10 pre-sale, $15 at the door and $40 for VIP. For more details and to buy your pre-sale tickets online please visit southcountyfestival.com.
