Suit up San Diego, the first ever Bikini Week has arrived!

If you haven’t yet heard the buzz, San Diego Bikini Week is a 5-day event full of bikini fashion shows, bikini model contests, and retail shopping featuring the hottest brands in the business. Bikini Week is raising the bar on Fourth of July in San Diego. 

The Bikini Week designers have just been released. From Wednesday July 1 to Sunday July 5, San Diego will get up close and personal with ’09 and ’10 looks from the following swimwear brands:

San Diego Bikini Week jump starts with a VIP party at Sirén atop the Sé Hotel on Wednesday, July 1 with a bikini fashion show at 9pm starring Bikini Couture by Francisco Medavog with Micha Design.

Bikini Week makes fashion show stops at Stingaree Rooftop on Thursday and Ivy Rooftop on Friday, hits Float at Hard Rock for a stylish pool party on Saturday, and will make its finale pool party splash at W Hotel on Sunday. See full Bikini Week lineup.

Who do you think will win the Hollywood Tans All-American Bikini Girl Contest? Many bronzed bodies will enter, but only one bikini-clad beauty will be named the official Hollywood Tans All American Bikini Girl on July 4th at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. The girl with the most votes will win $500 in cash, a custom Bikini Week guitar from Taylor Guitars plus thousands of dollars in prizes. Check out the local contestants and vote here!
