All your favorite – and least favorite – horror movies come to life at the Downtown San Diego Haunted Hotel, located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Market Street in the Gaslamp Quarter.
Wander down dark, bloodstained hallways where shadows stream the walls. Peer into room after room, and shriek at nightmarish scene after nightmarish scene. But wait – that uncanny face looks familiar. Isn’t that Jigsaw/Michael Myers/Freddy Krueger?
No horror films are sacred at the Haunted Hotel. Past frights have included Saw, Halloween, Hostel, Nightmare on Elm Street and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This year, San Diego’s Haunted Hotel will add Stephen King’s favorite haunted hotel to its repertoire with a nod to 1408, among other recently released horror films.

And remember: though the Haunted Hotel’s frights stick to a strict no-touch policy, that doesn’t mean you can’t sneak up behind your best friend.
