The Ivy Hotel, famed for the upping the hospitality standards with three unique venues - Damon Gordon's Quarter Kitchen, Envy Nightclub, and Eden Rooftop - is continuing to impress San Diego with the launch of Ivy Enticements, a weekly event series catering to local and visiting dining, nightlife, and fashion enthusiasts.

Beginning February 11, the Ivy will introduce the enticing range of complimentary weekly events; from sexy to stimulating and instructional to indulgent, each activity is designed to engage guests and provide a fun and enlightening experience with each visit.

Savor the Experience
On Mondays guests will be treated to an exceptional chef demonstration in the Quarter Kitchen from the executive chef himself, Damon Gordon. Gordon will not only demonstrate the preparation of one of his signature dishes, he will also invite guests to roll up their sleeves and join in the cooking. The chef demonstration begins at 6pm, every Monday in Quarter Kitchen.

House of Cards
Wednesdays invite guests to learn when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em as the Ivy hosts a weekly card game amongst friends. Guests choose the game, enjoy a cigar from the Ivy boutique and receive a deck of Ivy playing cards while learning the ins and outs of the hottest card games from local poker aficionado, Bill Moniz. The card game begins at 6pm every Wednesday on Eden Rooftop.

Fashionably Late Wednesdays
Locals are invited to socialize in Ivy's chic Ultra Lounge and sip signature martinis while enjoying fashion shows presented by some of the hottest local boutiques. It's the ultimate post-work happy hour that promises to last into the night. Martinis and fashion shows take place from 6pm to 9pm each Wednesday in the Envy Nightclub Ultra Lounge.

Claim Your Pole
The Ivy will offer sexy and physically-strengthening pole dancing lessons on Thursday nights. Whether wearing six-inch stilettos or a comfy tee-shirt, guests can enjoy the health and fitness benefits of pole dancing, taught by local dance instructors From Mind to Body. Pole dancing lessons begin at 7pm every Thursday at Eden Rooftop.

Spin it Around
On Thursday nights, new music enthusiasts will have the chance to learn techniques from Envy Nightclub's master spinner, resident DJ Este, as he teaches guests how to mix, phrase cut, scratch, and beat match. DJ lessons begin at 7pm every Thursday at the Ultra Lounge in Envy Nightclub.

Mix it Up
Friday nights at Ivy guests can participate in cocktail mixing demonstrations, presented by Envy Nightclub's head bartender, Antonio Gonzales. Learn how to create your favorite signature Ivy drink in an intimate setting. The cocktail demonstration begins at 7pm every Friday at the Ultra Lounge at Envy Nightclub.

Relax with Yoga
Saturday mornings, guests are invited to rejuvenate the mind and body after a long week - or night - with Yoga on the Eden Rooftop. Yoga mat, spa water, Ivy towels, and Yoga instructors from Ginseng Yoga will be provided. Guests just need to bring their spiritual center. Yoga classes begin at noon at Eden Rooftop.

Group Fun
Sundays bring out the kid in everyone with Video Game Night. The hottest Sony PlayStation games will be available for fun and excitement. Video game enthusiasts will even have the opportunity to try the latest games before they hit the stores. Game night begins at 6pm every Sunday at Eden Rooftop.
