Halloween at the Inn: Stay & Spook Package

We might have an influx of tourism in the summer months, but the fall season brings new reason for visitors to pass through. While the air changes to a crisp chill and the colors shift to rich hues, San Diego is not completely void of seasonality, especially in the offshoot communities that boast rich landscapes like Rancho Bernardo.

Rancho Bernardo Inn, the award-winning resort and spa, is offering special Halloween activities for families to enjoy in the season of spooks. Halloween at the Inn takes over the premises from Friday, October 28th through Saturday the 29th, 5:30pm to 8pm. Families looking for a Halloween outside of the normal neighborhood scene can choose to visit the Inn with the special Stay & Spook Package. Features of the haunted package include one-night accommodations, entrance for two kids into exclusive and dynamic Halloween activities, and the special S’mores-n-Snores, a fun tent and s’mores treat for the little ones in your room.

All kids ready to take on a world of Halloween fun can run straight to the Not So Scary Haunted House, Trick or Treating, a Costume Contest, Face Painting, Pumpkin Decorating, and a Spooky Carnival full of interactive games. Treats throughout the evening will be available a la carte and include all the kid favorites of pizza, street tacos, pretzels, caramel apples, and hot cocoa & cider.

Not to fret mom and dad, Rancho Bernardo Inn has some special treats for you, too. Halloween at the Inn will be serving up specialty glow-in-the-dark cocktails for adults to get in the spirit. The season that’s full of spooks, scares, ghosts and ghouls can be easily celebrated in a city like San Diego, while maintaining the same kid-friendly and safe community feeling of a home neighborhood.

Book your Halloween stay by October 21st and receive $20 off your package price, as well as a free cookie decorating class with Pastry Chef Margaret Nolan. Mention code: SPOOKNEI.  All year long, Rancho Bernardo Inn is reminiscent of a country estate, full of lush gardens, Mexican sculptures, Mediterranean fountains, and perfectly placed benches and alcoves complete the exterior. Inside, wood beam ceilings, oriental rugs, fireplaces, a mix of custom furniture and a variety of hand-collected antiquities from the Americas and Europe create a warm and inviting environment for guests. Book your stay online, or call 877.269.5247.
