Early this October, Little Italy will come vibrantly alive with to community’s annual Precious Festa, one of the largest single-day Italian American festivals west of the Mississippi. For twelve years running, Festa has been a swirling success of a celebration, and this year will be no different. The streets will churn with pedestrians, crafters and artisans, enjoying Italian food, artwork, and three stages of entertainment.

To maintain the merriment, the Festa includes a host of other delights, like Chalk 'la Strada' (an Italian street painting festival), an Alfa Romeo Car Show, a Bocce Ball Tournament and a Stickball Tournament. Pets and kids are more than welcome. The event will be held on India Street, between Ash and Grape Streets, from 10:00a.m. - 6:00p.m on October 8^th.
