Whether you’re a true art lover or just a looker, you’ll have a great time at North Park’s monthly gallery walking tour, Ray at Night. Located along Ray Street, the event is the largest of its sort in San Diego, drawing over 1,500 people on the second Saturday of each month.

During Ray at Night’s warm, pleasant evenings, you can stroll down and around the one-way street, visiting local businesses and perusing the expansive variety of artwork on display. It’s not just art galleries that participate. North Park coffee shops, the San Diego Art Department art school, restaurants, and other businesses also transform into galleries for the event. Live entertainment keeps the morale high, like jazz bands, poetry readings, and dance troupe performances.
