But when the community hosts its weekly Saturday Market on Harney Street, a full-blown explosion of color and fun, your shopping experience will feel more like a fiesta!

After you’re all shopped out, enjoy live music, fresh hot eats, and a margarita from one of the many restaurants on nearby San Diego Avenue like El Agave Tequilera, Fred’s Mexican Café, or the Coyote Bar and Grill.

Admission to the Saturday Market is free, but parking can be a tremendous hassle on Old Town’s narrow and busy streets. To avoid it, take a trolley in to the Old Town Station – Harney Street is just a few blocks away.
