Well-known upscale retailers, such as Coach and Sephora, are arriving Promenade Temecula as part of the shopping center's 127,000 sq. ft. expansion and evolution into an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and shopping center.

Opening Spring 2009, the open-air expansion will feature sophisticated shops and restaurants located streetside, with a “Main Street” feel. Shade trees, an outdoor fireplace, interactive fountain and other amenities help create an inviting atmosphere.

"Excitement is building at the Promenade Temecula. These are the types of retailers our shoppers and visitors want," said Kenneth Lee, Vice President of West Coast Development for Forest City. "As the center evolves into a lifestyle center — offering more options for dining and entertainment — our goal is to become more than a shopping center, but a leisure destination."

More new tenants are Whimsical Frozen Yogurt and Tonalita Optical.

To complement the outdoor expansion, two new parking structures are now open to the public — a five-story, 936-space parking garage near Edwards Cinema and a three-story garage located next to Macy's. The two structures feature color-coded levels, stone and marble lower lobbies, and elegant pendant lighting.

Previously announced retailers include Coldwater Creek, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, P.F. Changs, Pottery Barn, The Walking Company, Williams-Sonoma and Yard House.
