2 Tweet or not 2 tweet

The social use of Twitter is a passing fancy, though it is fun and there are specific social applications for it. Remember, there is no business model yet for earnings on Twitter, and right now it is in its propagation phase. Regarding business usage, there are some industries, like real estate, where the instantaneous transfer of information can be an invaluable tool for keeping in touch with clients and sharing up-to-the-second information. When a real estate agent does a first walk through they can immediately contact a buyer they represent and get them to toe location and an offer written in a fraction of the time it took by traditional communications. These types of innovations have greatly changed the nature of the market and the relationship between buyers and sellers.

Twitter Usages

"When a real estate agent does a first walk through they can immediately contact a buyer they represent and get them to toe location and an offer written in a fraction of the time it took by traditional communications." Joe... isn't that covered by TEXT MESSAGING? I think for a realtor that tweets a new listing and has multiple clients following them who may be interested, your statement would be more applicable. Or, if twitter had Tweeter Lists where you could group certain people and the message only went to them. For example "Home Buyers - La Jolla, CA" could be a list of those followers who are in fact looking to buy a home in La Jolla, and so if you had a new LJ listing it would be great to let a lot of them know instantly.
