As soon as we recover from our pounding New Year’s Eve hangovers, we resolve to never drink again, well at least not until the next weekend. But seriously, with the New Year come many resolutions, most of which revolve around health and fitness. And some of us are far more successful in our noble goals than others. If you’re looking to lose a few party-pounds, tone up for the fast-approaching spring season, or finally reach the finish line in your first marathon, it’s time to hit the gym.

Nothing gets your body moving like the bass of a hard-hitting electro anthem. Music is the best motivation, whether you’re fist pumping on the dance floor or running hills on the treadmill.
