Last month, Andaz San Diego launched a new cocktail menu served at Ivy Rooftop and Ivy Wine Bar. The revamped menu boasts classic tastes and new flavors inspired by the San Diego party scene.

Named just for the Andaz San Diego property, the Hot Mess cocktail serves up champagne and St. Germain Elderflower liquor over ice, meant to mimic the playful yet sophisticated feel of the Andaz after dark. For pure mystery and seduction, the Mistress serves Oxley Gin, mint, lemon juice, and simple syrup. In a steamy and sensual cocktail, the Fetish blends Corzo Blanco, cucumber, lemon juice, simple syrup, and salt and pepper.
Feeling frisky? The Hook-Up cocktail combines Corzo Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, raw sugar, sweet & sour, a splash of cranberry, fresh raspberries, and mint. For the star of the night, there’s the Diva, a mix of Bacardi Rum, mint, blueberries, raw sugar, 7-Up, and soda. Femme Fatale serves up Grey Goose, Rosato Vermouth, lemon juice, fresh strawberries, and simple syrup. The Cougar embraces the flavors of Grey Goose Poire, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon twist. And for the fiery vixen, there’s the Siren with Grey Goose, homemade lemonade, grapefruit, cucumber, and raw sugar.
In addition to these new custom spirits, Ivy Rooftop and Ivy Wine Bar will continue to serve the Andaz Signature Cocktail Menu that offers drinks representing each property. There’s Jack’s Martini for Andaz Liverpool Street, made with Hendrick’s Gin, Elderflower Cordial, cucumber, and lemon; Mr. Plant for Andaz West Hollywood with No. 209 Gin, cucumber, tangerine juice, agave syrup, and soda; 75 Smash for Andaz Wall Street with Laird’s Applejack Brandy, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, lemon peel, Peychaud’s Bitters, and mint; Cellar Door for Andaz 5th Avenue with Pimm’s No. 1, lemon, Bergamot Syrup, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, and St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram; and Kir Royale for Andaz Shanghai with Gabriel Boudier Creme de Cassis de Dijon, and champagne.
