Salsa Wednesdays at Sevilla Nightclub

By Wednesday night, things start looking up. The weekend is in sight, plans of freedom are coming together, and let’s be honest—you’re feelin’ a little bit spicy. Thankfully, you can put that zest in your step towards starting the party early and getting your Salsa on at Sevilla Nightclub.

In a new series that invites dancer-wannabes to transform into shimmying, strutting stars, Salsa Wednesdays “Dancers Night Out” is making hump day one hot date night.

Sevilla Nightclub, along with Majesty in Motion Dance Company, invite guests to get their dancing shoes on and start off with a Salsa lesson by some of San Diego’s top instructors at 8:30pm. Award-winning masters of this dance form will get you dancing like a pro, no partner needed. Locals are encouraged to use the series as an opportunity to meet new people, learn the basic steps, do a couple turns, and end up dancing the night away.

Some of the instructors stopping through in the near-future include Majesty in Motion Dance Company, the Alma Latina Dance Company, Ooh La La Dance Company seen on America’s Got Talent, Juan Two-Three, and A Time to Dance.

With an elaborate venue, massive dance floor and spacious stage area, there’s plenty of room to test out new moves and check out other performances, too. That’s right— local dance teams will be showcasing their choreography at 10:45pm each Salsa Wednesday, giving you motivation to sort out your two left-feet.

All night, Sevilla DJs Mambo and Bongo will play the tracks that you love to get down to while throwing in a handful of Salsa, Mambo, Cha-Cha, and Bachata songs.
