San Diego Kava Lounge

From the outside, Kava Lounge doesn’t look like much. Its darkened windows and winding vines are decorated with only a few seasonal lights. However, this creative, health-conscious bar is cleverly disguised. While Kava Lounge is as casual and low-key as a nightclub can get, the flock of folks it attracts are both hip and intellectual, similar to its intriguing menu of “healthy” alcoholic beverages.

 

In reality, the tasty organic beers, microbrews, and funky cocktails (made with actual fruit) served at the Kava Lounge are all meant to reflect the club’s goals, which include promoting a healthy lifestyle. The Kava Lounge also prides itself on encouraging cultural unity through music, art, and dance by constantly hosting live performances and other events. Kava is not your typical bar, but that’s why it has such charm and creative energy surrounding it.
