Sweetwater Saloon Redefines VIP With Keg Table Service

Posted On : 7/1/2008 by Alexis Griffith

If you're looking for the ticket to the overflowing fountain of rock, don't go with general admission, opt for the backstage pass and savor the flavor of upscale at Sweetwater Saloon within the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel.

Of course, if you want to do this right, the Sweetwater Saloon has a few options to offer. Two things to note: firstly, Sweetwater ain't your average saloon and secondly, Sweetwater doesn't offer your average bottle service. This sleek and sexy lounge, restaurant and all around hotspot now presents an assortment of options for each and every VIP that struts through the sweet dark doors.

Reign high above the rest and still feel like you and your posse are a part of the party at one of Sweetwater's high top tables that will accommodate up to four. VIPs can choose from a variety of vodkas, tequilas, bourbons, scotches, cognacs, gins, rums, or bottle of Magnum Champagne. For larger parties, Sweetwater's slightly more secluded booths will seat a party of eight, and guests who want to go from the table to the bed can upgrade to the next VIP package. As a premier VIP, recline on Sweetwater's luxurious white couches and ottoman beds in one of two of these limited sections.

But here's something that will really knock your socks off: Sweetwater Saloon is now offering kegs, yes, kegs, as a bottle service option. The two keg tables, exclusive to Sweetwater at Hard Rock, seat 6-8 people and each keg pours about 40 pints. Beer worshipers rejoice.

But if you really want to do your night right, Sweetwater has the ride, if you can afford the ticket. Sweetwater pushes the limits of what it means to be a San Diego VIP with the ultimate in elite bottle service. Kick back and get pampered with 15-20 of your favorite, (or newly favorites as of ten minutes ago), friends on one of two seductive, crimson U-shaped couches and enjoy being the center of the universe. This exclusive section orbits the DJ divide and is just a slink and a swagger a way from the dance floor. These VIPs can take "celebrity shots," and select several bottles and mixers from the abundant selection and pop off, or end, the evening with a few bottles of champagne. And no San Diego VIP ever waits in any line at the Hard Rock, of course.

Insider Tip: Hard Rock guests who want to try out the keg table service should make the call early because Sweetwater Saloon will order any specific kegs for those looking to step outside of the ordinary beer boundaries.
