Cheers: FleetWood's 4 Year Anniversary

Happy Birthday to…The FleetWood, the warm and welcoming spot where we get our healthy dose of food, drinks, and friends just outside of Petco Park. They’re turning the big four years old this month, and whether you’ve stopped in for the savory dinners, pre-game drinks, or for one of the many music events, you know that it’s time to celebrate.

The team behind The FleetWood is serving guests for the Four Year Anniversary Party on Thursday, September 22nd, kicking off at 8pm with a VIP cocktail reception. At 10pm, the party takes off as the doors swing open to the public. Guests can look forward to the party rolling out the new Market Fresh Select Menu, entertainment by all of the favorite DJs from the past few years, door prizes, stiff drinks, and another night of FleetWood memories.

Jason Guillory, Director of Marketing for The FleetWood and The BeachWood, is an integral part of the industry mechanics. “The 4 year anniversary means so much to our FleetWood family. With so many faces coming though the doors over the past 4 years, we have so many people to be thankful for,” he said.

The efforts of establishing The FleetWood into a neighborhood mainstay have focused heavily on treating all customers as close friends and family. The walls of FleetWood could probably tell some pretty interesting stories of guests and industry minds. “Some highlights over the years include our Christmas parties with Aaron Phillips, the owner, playing the part of Bad Santa, our amazing block parties, the launch of our sister venue The BeachWood, and hosting some great entertainment including Cash'd out, and Steve Rannassissi,” said Jason. “Also, hosting wine pairing dinners for our investors, all of our friends from the Chargers and Padres participating in some of our numerous charity events and most importantly making every one of our patrons feel at home every time they come in!”

So, what’s The FleetWood stirring up for the next four years? Locals can expect to see new events using the private back room as a separate venue, as well as a Market Fresh Select Menu served once a week using only local meats and produce. There’s plenty more of FleetWood fun to go around, and the Four Year Anniversary gives great reason to toast to all that has been accomplished thus far.
