On Easter Sunday, April 24th, hotel guests and restaurant patrons will have several special holiday brunch options to choose from, in addition to Easter-egg hunts, holiday crafts and visits with the Easter Bunny. Parents will prefer Champagne Brunch in the oceanfront Ballroom while children embrace the holiday sentiments and partake in the Craft ‘Egg’stravaganza on the Windsor Lawn. And who wouldn’t love a photo with the Easter Bunny to remember this fun afternoon in San Diego?
Easter Brunch at The Del
The Del’s Easter Champagne Brunch buffet is available in the oceanfront Ballroom and in the magnificent Crown Room from 9am – 3pm. The elegant buffet will feature classic holiday fare. A special children’s buffet will be available for the little ones. Both the Crown Room and the Ballroom will have live musical entertainment. Cost is $78.50 for adults and $34 for children ages 6-10 (not including tax and gratuity). Children 5 and under eat free.
Private Easter Dining at The Del
For those looking for a more intimate holiday dining experience, The Del’s ocean view restaurants will offer coastal cuisine and fantastic sunset views. 1500 OCEAN will open early from 4 to 9pm.
Easter Activities at The Del
Easter morning will be kicked off with a good old-fashioned egg hunt! There will be three different hunts on the oceanfront Windsor Lawn from 10am to 10:40am, to include children of all ages. Another round of egg hunts will take place from 12pm to 12:40pm. There is no cost for the egg hunts and baskets are provided. The south end of the Windsor Lawn will also be the site for a fun zone with crafts for all ages from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Cost is $5 for brunch and hotel guests and $10 for non-guests. Reservations are not necessary for crafts. The Easter Bunny himself will be roaming throughout the hotel for photo opportunities. All activities are for hotel and restaurant guests only.
