As food writer Troy Johnson once put it, the cat has been de-bagged.
Andrew Zimmern, the eat-anything host of the Travel Channel's "Bizarre Foods," has been tweeting his whereabouts and eat-abouts in San Diego.
While this U-T food writer is joining the fearless diner for some of his filming on Friday, the production schedule has kind of been kept under wraps.
But today Zimmern shared a Twitpic of the pig's feet at Tita's Kitchenette. And he had more reports about the National City restaurant's Filipino food.
"Tita's sisig, best I have ever tasted . San Diego Philippine (sic) food is crazy good," he tweeted.
The show is expected to air in August.
