Chef Paul Bartolotta: Winner of the renowned James Beard Award and known for his culinary genius when it comes to all things Italian, it came as no surprise to the culinary world when Celebrity Chef Paul Bartolotta decided to expand and open up Bartolotta Ristorante Di Mare at the Wynn Las Vegas. Menu items at this delectable Italian hot-spot include a Langoustine Spaghetti made with white wine and parsley; Handmade Ribbon Pasta served with imported porcini mushrooms; and the Seared Filet of Beef accompanied by an exquisite sangiovese wine sauce.
