Threesomes aren’t so scandalous when they happen in the kitchen. Donald Lockhart of Cusp Dining & Drinks, Simon Dolinky of Saltbox, and Christian Graves of Jsix are bringing the heat as they join up to start a new series of Three-Way Dinners.
One key ingredient that represents San Diego seasonal produce must be cleverly incorporated into each of the dishes at the feast, which kicks off at Cusp Dining & Drinking in Hotel La Jolla on March 14 at 7 p.m. Here, each chef will be held accountable for using green, loveable peas in their plate. Chef Lockhart will take on the main course, while Chef Graves will present the appetizer and Dolinky whips up dessert.
Following the initial dinner, foodies can keep their eyes set on the next Three-Way Dinner taking place at Jsix in August with a spotlight on tomatoes and at Saltbox in November featuring squash.
