Five Course Stone Beer Pairing Dinner at The Pearl Hotel

Posted On : 3/3/2009 by Vicki Hoang

The Pearl Hotel and Stone Brewing Co. have come together to create the ultimate spring dining event: a five-course beer pairing dinner sure to dazzle your taste buds and prepare you for spring.

Warm up your senses with a preview of this flavorful event. The five-course pairing will begin with the “Surf and Turf” that will include Barbequed Calamari and Knight Salumi sprinkled with Meyer lemon juice complemented by Stone Leviation Ale. Don't let your stomach settle yet as you take on the second course: Sauteed Tail-on Prawn, a delectable Thai Puree of Tom Yam Soup, topped with roasted peanuts, garlic, shallots, and paired with OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale.

As for the next three courses, you'll have to see - or rather, taste - for yourself on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the Restaurant at the Pearl. The five-course beer pairing dinner is $65 per person.

Don't want to drive back home? Immerse yourself in the modern, intimate, and easy-livin' atmosphere of the Pearl Hotel with a room and dinner package deal for only $229. This one-time price includes dinner for two and a one night stay in a deluxe Jewel guest room.

Don’t miss the Stone Brewing Co. five-course beer pairing dinner at the Restaurant at The Pearl Hotel in Point Loma on March 19, 2009 starting at 7pm. For reservations or additional information, call 619.226.6100 or e-mail reservations@thepearlsd.com. RSVP deadline is March 14, 2009.
