Harney Sushi Catering & Mobile Sushi Bar

From a celebratory office party, wedding, Friday lunch, or at home festivity, a fresh plate of professionally-crafted sushi is one way of bringing classy and quality bites to the mix.

 

With the holiday season approaching full-speed ahead, the Harney Sushi catering route gives that Christmas in San Diego feel we revisit each year.  All catering and special events from Harney require at least one week’s notice, so securing a date means planning ahead with award-winning sushi. Catering options include platters to go, lunches to go, and full service off-site catering with a sushi chef and a mobile sushi bar.

 

The Platter Menu offers a large selection of sushi styles to host your party, on location. The Veggie Roll Platter includes cucumber, avocado, yama gobo and radish sprout rolls, while the California Roll Platter includes crab salad, cucumber and avocado rolls. Get wild with a Spicy Tuna Roll Platter, including fresh tuna, sriracha, cucumber, and radish sprout rolls, or the Philadelphia rolls include smoked salmon, avocado and cream cheese rolls. Or, try something for everyone with the Mixed Platter, which includes Vegetarian, California, Spicy Tuna and Philadelphia. In addition to the items on the catering menu online, Harney can whip up any regular menu sushi items barring tempura fried options and hot foods such as teriyaki chicken upon request. Any of the famous specialty rolls that Harney is known and loved for can be made into a platter upon request. 50 piece platters are priced from $40-$80.

 

The Mobile Sushi Bar is an even more innovative option to bring the Harney experience into the home, sushi chef included to craft up a storm, on-scene. More than just food delivered to your fingertips, it’s an experience watching the chef in action. The onsite sushi bar include six types of fish—tuna, salmon, shrimp, crab, snapper, and spicy tuna, all kept fresh with a refrigerated sushi case. Specialty fish requests are honored as well, for a small upcharge fee, such as fresh yellowtail, One chef serves on an all you can eat basis and includes rice, seaweed, vegetables, ginger and wasabi. The bar is $25 per person, $250 for the first chef and hour and $50 for each additional chef and hour thereafter. If you’re looking to host your holiday party during the season of festivities, Harney also offers a private event banquet room that can hold up to 40 people in the Oceanside location. The contemporary chic room hosts a number of elegant meetings, rehearsal dinners and offers an array pre-fixe banquet menu options.
