Formerly Liar’s Club, a dim dive bar with just-off-the-beach attitude, this petite spot on Mission Blvd. has completely transformed into an unapologetically hip lifestyle venue home to fine dining, cheap drinks, no dress code, and hot waitresses rocking little more than vibrant bikinis. As soon as you walk into the open-air restaurant and bar, you’ll absorb graffiti art graphics, tagged skateboards, and a custom soundtrack made for the joint by a member of Anberlin. 

Whether you choose the outdoor deck tables, indoor lounge area or bar table top seating, you’re sure to meet new friends from every walk of life. A mirror of lifestyle in Mission Beach, Sneak Joint is now a second home to local surfers and college partiers straight from the beach, young professionals escaping the office for lunch or post-work happy hour, industry locals looking for a late night dining spot offering more than just bar food, and even the three young owners who keep an intimate hand on all elements of operation, ensuring customer service exceeds expectation.

Here’s a taste of the new breakfast menu…

Chilaquiles – fresh tortillas, sauce adobo or tomatillo, fried easy egg, fresh guacamole, cilantro crème, pico de gallo, cotija

Philly Cheese Steak Breakfast Sandwich – mushrooms, peppers, onions, provolone/cheddar, easy fried egg, avocado

Fresh Catch of the Day Benedict Style – served on toast points, poached egg, hollandaise sauce

More items include: steak and eggs, omelets, breakfast burritos, waffles, pancakes, fresh toast, fresh acai bowls and smoothies.

Sneak Joint breakfast at the beach is served 8am-12pm daily and 7am-12pm weekends.
