Island Prime is hosting a summer Wine Seminar series, starting with Pinot Noirs around the world and ending with the Art of Food and Wine Pairing, taught by the restaurant’s Wine Director Maurice DiMarino. You’ve enjoyed flowing glasses of wine while overlooking the Coronado Bridge from Island Prime’s patio, and now it’s time to head back to the Island and get schooled.

All seminars are from 12-2pm, and are offered for $30 per person, or the entire series may be purchased for $70 per person. Island Prime’s Wine Director Maurice DiMarino, winner of 2007’s Sommelier / Wine Buyer of San Diego by Anthology Blue Diaz of The Tasting Panel Magazine, will be teaching all summer wine seminars.
