Creamy Lobster Bisque – black truffle-maine lobster salsa
Organic Baby Spinach Salad – sundried cranberries, candied pecans, mandarin orange segments, white balsamic vinaigrette
Sliced Red & Yellow Beets – lightly pickled, organic frisee tossed in dijon vinaigrette, whipped sonoma goat cheese

Second Course Choices
Carved Turkey Breast – makers mark bourbon and garlic gravy
Pan Roasted Loch Duart Salmon – blood orange puree
Grilled Prime Pork Flat Iron – roasted apple demi glace
Braised Beef Short Rib – chocolate-espresso demi

Third Course Choices
Port Poached Pear – stuffed with vanilla cheesecake, quebec maple syrup, ice cream stuffed profiterole
White Chocolate Bread Pudding – warm caramel sauce and dark chocolate-grand marnier ice cream

The Prado serves Thanksgiving dinner from 3-8pm on November 26, 2009. The 3-course menu is $54.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A children’s menu is available for $14.95 per child.
