Bolton's dishes for the event will be specially created to complement the winery's various elegant spirits and will showcase the best both have to offer. His hand crafted entrees will made completely made from scratch and for $75 guests can partake in an excellent five course meal featuring braised halibut, roasted pork tenderloin, and grilled center cut sirloin expertly paired with Clos Du Val's complex and refreshing wines. Master of wine, Terry Johnson, will be presenting the wines with Bolton, educating diners on the delightful interplay between the cuisine and drinks.
