Roquefort Crusted Filet Mignon with oven roasted tomatoes and haricot verts over truffle whipped potatoes and banyulus demi
Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon with cucumber salsa and black linguini
Colorado Lamb Rack with mascarpone whipped Yukon potatoes, whilted baby arugula, minted gastrique
