Fine food and exceptional dining experiences have long been phrases associated with eateries within the Cohn Restaurant Group, as San Diego"ans" (to borrow a phrase from the legendary Ron Burgundy) are undoubtedly already familiar.
Signature establishments such as the Gaslamp Strip Club, Blue Point Coastal Cuisine, Corvette Diner, Dakota Grill and Spirits, Indigo Grill, Island Prime – C Level, Kemo Sabe, Thee Bungalow, The Prado at Balboa Park and Mister Tiki have all bestowed our beloved city with extraordinary food and drink for years. Now, with the dawning of a new year upon us, Cohn Restaurant Group introduces its latest achievement - 333 Pacific.
Located appropriately enough at 333 N. Pacific Street in Oceanside (literally a stone's throw from the pier), Cohn's new addition not only serves up innovative cuisine, but also a view second to none.
Executive Chef Randy Miller infuses the menu of 333 Pacific with a style and flare uniquely California, yet worldly enough to appeal to even the most discriminating palates. Indulge in seafood specialties such as grilled swordfish with potato croquettes, Mediterranean relish and mussel saffron emulsion, or Chef Miller's Tuna Poke Tacos with avocado salsa, macadamias and cucumber.
Patrons can also feast upon additional signature dishes the likes of which they've never experienced before. Oven roasted rack of lamb with herb mustard crust, sweet potato grain, sautéed asparagus and natural au jus represents merely a singular entrée amidst an array of steak, shop and seafood combinations all prepared with Chef Miller's bold, contemporary flavors.
For all its culinary grandeur, however, all of 333 Pacific's exquisite dishes are reasonably priced; an impressive feat considering the picturesque scenery alone is worth more than the price of admission. In addition to the 7,000-square-foot restaurant itself, 333 Pacific also offers an upscale nightlife lounge for the more party-prone.
