Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14, Soleil @k is celebrating love with 3-courses of luscious cuisine, and you’re invited to dig in! Enjoy your favorite item in each of the following courses:

First Course
Smoked Salmon Tartar with grilled pita bread, complimented with capers and a hint of lemon zest
Cream of Lobster Soup with lobster dumplings, frizzled leeks and white truffle essence
Baby Red Oak Leaf Salad with caramelized pecans, blueberries, sundried cranberries and citrus vinaigrette

Second Course
Jidori Chicken Marsala with creamy risotto and fresh vegetables
Porcini Crusted Sea Bass with champagne buerre blanc port reduction, truffle mashed potato and fresh vegetables
Prime Hanger Steak with goat cheese mashed potato, fresh vegetables, merlot demi glace and frizzled potato

Third Course options are Krispy Kreme Doughnut Bread Pudding; Chocolate Baby Cake; Crème Brulee – all served with a complimentary champagne toast.
