The brand new boutique joining the East Village lifestyle, Label Shoppe, focuses on bringing the boldest fashions to dress the naked in San Diego.
Co-owned by cousins Rosanne Samar and Diane Georgeson, this store is for both men and women who are looking to incorporate more trendy options into their otherwise basic wardrobe with designers lines from all over the world including London, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Canada.
Upon walking into the 7th Avenue store, you will find one canary yellow wall displaying the men's clothes including such lines as Kicking Mule Workshop, Crate, Kinetix, Zurlick, Apolis, Activism, Federation, Intersection, Sabit, Kazuo, and Knzo Minami.
Opposite, the women's fashions line the painted grey wall. Peruse through such designers as Radcliffe, Harkham, Rachel Mara, Fighting Eel, Federation, Apolis Activism, Crispin & Basillo, Hope & Glorie, Prairie Underground and Fairground, with Rachel Nasvik handbags gracefully hanging underneath.
Choose from a variety of accessories to complete each look including Karen Walker eyewear, Oliver Goldsmith and Dita sunglasses as well as jewelry including Citrine by the Stones and Saskia Diez.
Label Shoppe in East Village has also jumped on the green trend, just in time for April, carrying an eco-friendly line called Beau Soleil. Designer, Anne Salvatore Epstein, launched this dress collection focusing on sustainability, fair trade and labor as well as organic raw materials to offer environmentally healthy clothing choices without sacrificing fashion. She utilizes fabrics made out of bamboo, vegetable-dyed organic cotton, tencel made from eucalyptus trees as well as recycled leather trims.
