Gracie's San Diego Boutiques

Published : 2/29/2008 by Jenny Herman

This San Diego boutique chain has graced us with its presence for the last few years.

With locations strategically placed in the Gaslamp, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, the kid's boutique in Rancho Santa Fe, and the outlet boutique in Sorrento Valley, Gracie is gradually becoming a leader in the San Diego fashion scene.

To owner Gracie Mahvi, fashion is more than just a trend, it's a lifestyle. Gracie herself has been in the fashion industry all her life and her experiences as a designer gives her fresh insight on what will be fashionable in the years to come. As a boutique owner, she stays on top of the trends and combines local designers with larger lines from European runways for the edge of international flair. According to Gracie, "Usually San Diego is a year behind Los Angeles and Los Angeles is a year behind Europe." Gracie uses this perspective to her advantage and brings exciting fashions to the San Diego shopping market first.

With brands ranging from Missoni to Gold Sin, Graham Spencer, Meghan, Beth Bowley, Yay, Trina Turk, Honey Dew, Diab'less, Vince, Denim of Virtue, Iodice, Dru, Lola, Leyla, Kate Kanyon, Michiko Koshino, Aimee G, Theory, and True Religion, Gracie has a style for everyone. From casual outfits to dressy attire, customers can find that special edge that will distinguish them from the rest on a night out in San Diego.

Gracie Boutique is also involved in many community activities, from fashion shows that benefit Helen Woodward Animal Shelter to donating merchandise to benefit various silent auctions and school fundraisers, and fashion shows that support research for breast and ovarian cancer.

Whether you are shopping for a cause or looking to find fashionable clothing and accessories, Gracie Boutique is your San Diego shop - from Gaslamp to Rancho Santa Fe and beyond.
