The San Diego Maeve Riley South Park boutique was inspired by classic Irish lineage, with Maeve meaning "one who intoxicates and is a joy to be around," and Riley communicating "brave and courageous."

Owner Michelle Smith, a former pre-school teacher and hair stylist, opened Maeve Riley the summer of 2006 after realizing how many people in her life already came to her for fashion and style advice. Channeling her husband's Irish roots entwined with her innate fashion sense, the boutique came to be.

A San Diego boutique for both men and women, Maeve Riley is petite but packed with quality clothing, accessories, jewelry, and home décor. Smartly arranged, the boutique surprisingly does not feel cluttered. With beautiful archways, a glass chandelier and open space in the middle, to the left is the women's section with the men's on the right.
