Stop convincing yourself ladies. When you have to adjust your bra strap and wiggle back into the right place for the umpteenth time, you must admit that you’re wearing the wrong bra size.
The value of a properly fitting bra is more than just getting the right size of clothing to cover yourself up. It changes the entire fit and feel of your upper-body, making you more confident, sexy, and able to take on the world. Yes, good bras really are that magical.
Now bra fittings are also helping a worthy cause. On October 22 at Nordstrom in Fashion Valley Mall, all women are invited to partake in Nordstrom Fits America, where certified fit experts will size you up and get you struttin’ in a bra that’s meant for you. For every intimate purchased at the event, Nordstrom and participating brands will donate $2 to Susan G. Komen for The Cure. Bravo to that.
With seductive lingerie, romantic, flirty, or sporty styles, Nordstrom stores offer bras from revered designers such as Betsey Johnson, Calvin Klein Underwear, DKNY, Donna Karan Intimates, and Wacoal. No matter if you’re a size AA or K or anywhere in between, each fit expert will help find the best options for the every woman's unique body type. It’s a bra-fitting marathon, transforming silhouettes one lady at a time.
“A great fitting bra can dramatically enhance your silhouette and make you feel more beautiful and confident,” said Lauren Harp, Nordstrom National Fit Stylist. “Grab a friend and let our one of our certified fit experts find you the perfect bra to compliment your perfect shape.”
Nordstrom is proud of their continual efforts to raise money for Susan G. Komen for The Cure. In 2011, they will make a combined contribution of $200,000 to the breast cancer awareness and research foundation, and the event will add to this total. The Nordstrom Fits America event takes place from 9am to 5pm in Fashion Valley Mall. To schedule an appointment, call Nordstrom at (619) 295-4441, ext. 1240 or visit nordstrom.com/fitsamerica.
